About this role

Our pitch deck is usually the first draft of the event. This role owns visual language across pitch decks, stage treatments, invitations, signage, and social content. You will work alongside the Creative Lead and translate concepts into delivery-ready assets.

What you will do

Design pitch decks that feel like the event, not generic slides
Develop stage and backdrop treatments in close work with the Creative Lead
Produce invitation design, signage, social assets, and post-event reports
Own the brand style for every recurring client engagement
Evolve our studio visual identity as we grow

What we are looking for

2 to 4 years of brand or event design experience
Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong typography and layout instinct; comfortable with both print and digital
Portfolio with event-related design work preferred

Nice to have

Experience designing for stage (know your resolutions and aspect ratios)
After Effects motion design skills
Basic Figma prototyping for client-facing pitch decks
