About this role

We are looking for a Senior Project Lead to carry flagship corporate events end to end. You will be the single point of contact for a handful of enterprise clients, brief the creative and production teams, and run floor-direction on event day.

What you will do

Own 6 to 10 concurrent corporate events at various stages from brief to wrap
Translate the client brief into a production-ready run-of-show in under 10 days
Lead dry-runs, stage-side command, and calm on-the-day delivery
Maintain client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
Work alongside the Creative Lead and Production Lead to keep intention locked across teams
Write post-event retrospectives that feed the next brief's first draft

What we are looking for

4 to 7 years of end-to-end event delivery experience, preferably with corporate or MICE clients
Experience running events of 300+ delegates
Calm under pressure on event day, methodical between events
Strong written English; comfortable writing briefs, run-of-shows, and retrospectives
Willingness to travel 6 to 10 days a month for out-of-city events

Nice to have

Experience running events in Chennai specifically, with an existing venue and supplier network
Vertical experience in BFSI, Pharma, or IT/SaaS verticals
Fluency in Tamil, in addition to English
