After a discovery call, we share a scope document and a fixed-fee proposal for creative and production, plus a pass-through estimate for venue, F&B and travel. No surprise line items after the engagement starts.

Not on the website. Event pricing depends on scale, format, venue, and scope, so a public price card would be misleading. We share benchmarks on the first call so you can validate fit quickly.

We take on engagements from intimate social events upwards. There is no artificial minimum, but events under a certain scope may not benefit from the way we work and we will say so.

Yes. Typically 50% at engagement start, 30% mid-way, 20% after wrap. Exact schedule depends on the contract value and vendor commitments required upfront.

Intimate private events run in lower five figures. Corporate conferences and flagship launches typically run six figures. Multi-city tours and destination programmes can cross mid-six or low-seven figures depending on scale. First-call benchmarks are concrete once we know the event shape.

Flagship corporate events: 8 to 12 weeks. Launch events: 4 to 8 weeks. Destination offsites: 10 to 14 weeks for peak season. Social and private events: 3 to 8 weeks. Tight sprint briefs: 2-week minimum, case-by-case.

Yes. Several of our flagship deliveries have been 14-day sprints. We work with parallel streams instead of a waterfall, a 24-hour decision clock, and daily client syncs. Tight briefs are not cheap briefs; they need more coordination, not less.

One project lead. They carry the brief from first call to last cue. You get specialist team members (creative, production, content, client partnership) but the single point of contact is one person.

Weekly sync by default, daily in the final two weeks before event day. Urgent issues go directly to the project lead on WhatsApp. No ticket queue, no four-touchpoint waterfall.

Project lead on-site from early morning, alongside production crew and content team. Rehearsals wrap the night before. On event day, your internal team hosts; we run the show. The handoff between your team and ours is locked before doors open.

Yes. Same-evening 30 to 60 second social edit, full 90-second aftermovie within a week. Longer narrative cuts available on scope. Aftermovie planning starts on day one of the brief, not at load-in.

Sound (line array + stage monitors), lighting (moving heads, washes, spotlights), staging and trussing, LED walls, content playback, power redundancy, on-site crew. For flagship events we carry our own kit. For tight briefs we rent through trusted partners in the event city.

Yes, for events where invite design and RSVP flow matters. Digital invites, landing pages, RSVP dashboards, reminder sequences. For corporate events we integrate with your existing CRM where possible.

Standard for flagship events. Multi-camera video, stills gallery, drone where permitted. For smaller events it is add-on scope. Same-day social edits and a full aftermovie within a week are part of our content package.

Yes. Deck review, teleprompter flow, voice and pace coaching when required, technical rehearsals. For keynote speakers flying in close to the event, we run a stand-in rehearsal first so the show is locked before the real person lands.

Yes. Regular work in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Coimbatore, Hyderabad. Destinations include Goa, Coorg, Ooty, Jaipur, Andaman, Dubai and Sri Lanka. We ship crew and kit as needed.

Crew flies to save time. Kit moves by road or rail depending on show size and distance. Chennai to Bengaluru is 340km overnight by road. Chennai to Delhi is 1,750km, 3-4 days for a dedicated production truck or a local rental supplemented with our crew.

Yes. Group flight blocks with pre-agreed airfares, hotel room blocks with negotiated rates, airport transfers, inter-city transport. The travel desk becomes part of your brief's scope.

Still a yes. We ship crew to wherever the event is. For cities we have not worked in before we do a site-recce first, usually a 2-day trip at the start of the engagement.

Yes, for group programmes. Vetted transport operators in each city, airport coordination, welcome desks at key terminals. Works best when booked alongside the event scope upfront.

Yes. Core sound, lighting, trussing, LED walls are owned and maintained in-house with annual calibration cycles. For specialised gear (drones, long-span trussing, niche audio) we rent through our vetted partner network.

Not for the creative + production ownership. Production stays in-house, which is why we are able to guarantee what the brief promises. For city-overflow crew and specialist gear we work with trusted rental networks, but the show ownership never hands off.

All flagship events ship with redundant power, backup audio signal paths, spare playback laptops, and spare primary microphones. Nothing single-threaded. We run a pre-show check-out that includes every redundancy path before doors open.

Yes. Multi-camera capture, clean audio feeds, timestamped transcripts. Our setup has been used for AGM filings with the Indian exchanges and for same-day social cuts on product launches.

Yes. Both standard and bespoke client NDAs. For regulated verticals (BFSI investor events, pharma R&D), NDA and confidentiality flow is built into the engagement structure from day one.

We are a registered company and issue GST-compliant invoices. Invoicing follows the milestone payment schedule agreed upfront. Expense pass-throughs (travel, venue) are invoiced at actuals with vendor invoices attached.
