Coorg is a leadership offsite destination more than a team-building one. The scale is smaller, the properties feel private, and the air and the light together do something to strategy conversations that a hotel ballroom cannot.
Our most-returned clients book Coorg specifically for the pre-monsoon window in early September, when the estates are green and the roads are open. The other sweet spot is late October through February, dry and cool, ideal for outdoor sessions and bonfire evenings.
Coorg is not a hotel destination; it is an estate destination. Our pick list is smaller and more curated than Goa's. A 25-room boutique estate typically works better than a 200-room hotel here. The trade-off is lead time: good properties block six to eight months ahead for peak season.
Plantation estates have limited rooms; peak season requires 6-month lead. Road access from Bengaluru is reliable year-round. Temperatures range 18 to 26 degrees in peak season; pack a light sweater.

Every Coorg programme we run starts with the same three checks: flight availability for the group, property room-blocks for the dates, and weather for the outdoor moments. Which of the three is gating depends on the brief.
For premium properties in peak season, we recommend starting the booking conversation 4 to 6 months ahead. For shoulder months, 8 to 10 weeks is comfortable.
